It came on suddenly, and put me into bed for several days before I figured out what was happening. It turned out to be a skin infection with a non-MRSA Staph bacteria. I have one day left on the course of antibiotics they have given me. What I didn’t expect was the power these medications carry, and how they wipe me out. My infection is under control, but the side effects are a pain. I will be back very soon.
June is bad for Friday meetings for us. Keep track of this space for updates. It may be that we will not meet again until the fall.
